Rement continues to strengthen its organization as the company prepares for its next phase of growth. To support the transition from successful laboratory and pilot-scale operations toward industrial implementation, Rement is establishing a dedicated Scale-up Engineering team and welcomes Mladen Cvjeticanin as its new Head of Scale-up Engineering.

Mladen brings a unique combination of chemical and mechanical engineering expertise, extensive experience with precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) applications, and a strong track record in planning and executing CAPEX projects. His background makes him ideally suited to lead the development of Rement’s scale-up activities and help transform innovative technology into industrial reality.

Before joining Rement, Mladen served as Technology Lead at Mitol, where he was responsible for six departments spanning technical development, process optimization, and production operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong ability to connect technical innovation with practical implementation, while building effective organizational structures that support sustainable growth.

At Rement, Mladen will focus on establishing the company’s scale-up capabilities, bridging the gap between pilot-scale success and commercial deployment. His appointment marks an important milestone as Rement continues to expand its operations and accelerate the development of its technology.
